Ask kids what they want to be when they grow up and you’ll get all kinds of answers. For as long as I can remember, I always wanted to do two things: teach and write. And that’s exactly what I’m doing now. I am a communications lead in the IT Department at Salesforce, serve as vice chair of the Young Professional Board for Back on My Feet Indianapolis and helped plan the 2016 Indianapolis Barbells for Boobs event. I also taught public speaking as an adjunct professor for seven years. You can learn more about my professional experience on LinkedIn.
Other things you should know about me: I’m a non-bandwagon Colts fan and an NFL junkie. My apartment could double as an art gallery; I especially love buying original pieces by local artists. I love Indianapolis and my downtown Mass Ave life but I’m obsessed with traveling and hope to get out of the country more. I’ve visited Athens, Greece; Puerto Vallarta, Mexico; Buenos Aires and Mendoza, Argentina; London; and Toronto (along with many domestic trips). And I’m a second generation, born and raised chocoholic.
